While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that completion of our courses will result in employment or specific outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WinterStartEvents, we want every learner to feel confident in their decision. Please review our refund and cancellation conditions before registering.

1. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received. Access to course materials may be granted immediately or at the start of your chosen cohort.

2. Cancellations Before Course Start

If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel within 14 days of the start date but before the course begins, you may receive a 50% refund.

3. Cancellations After Course Start

Once a course has started and materials have been delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, we may offer:

  • Transfer to a future cohort at no extra cost (subject to availability).

  • Partial credit toward another program, at our discretion.

4. Program Withdrawals

If you withdraw after the first session due to exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness), please contact us in writing at info@winterstartevents.com. We will review requests case by case and may issue a partial refund or credit. Supporting documentation may be required.

5. Corporate & Team Programs

Refunds for group or corporate programs follow the terms outlined in the training agreement signed with the company.

6. Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan, cancellation does not automatically void outstanding installments. Any unpaid amounts remain due unless a refund arrangement is confirmed in writing.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email info@winterstartevents.com or call +1 647 206 4270 with your full name, enrollment details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
